Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of one-time root canal therapy in acute pulpitis of deciduous teeth in children.Methods A total of 84 children with acute pulpitis of deciduous teeth in Lanshan District People's Hospital in Linyi from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected and divided into reference group and observation group according to the ball-touching method,with 42 cases in each group.The reference group received multiple root canal therapy,while the observation group received one-time root canal therapy.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain score in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The duration of pain in the observation group was shorter than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The total complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion One-time root canal therapy in acute pulpitis of deciduous teeth in children has significant application effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
