Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of flexible bronchoscopic alveolar lavage in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia complicated with atelectasis in children.Methods A total of 92 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia complicated with atelectasis in Dong'e County People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group(46 cases)and observation group(46 cases)by the random number table method.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received conventional treatment + flexible bronchoscopic alveolar lavage.The total effective rate,blood gas and lung function indexes,serum inflammatory factor levels and clinical symptom disappearance time were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)and forced vital capacity(FVC)were decreased in both groups,the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)was decreased in both groups,and the PaO2,FEV1 and FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the PaCO2 was lower than that in the control group,the differences were respiratory mechanical blood gas and lung function statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the interleukin-6(IL-6),procalcitonin(PCT)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)levels were decreased in both groups,and the IL-6,PCT and hs-CRP levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,fever,shortness of breath and pulmonary rales in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Flexible bronchoscopic alveolar lavage treating Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia complicated with atelectasis in children has significant effect,which can can improve blood gas and lung function,reduce inflammation and relieve clinical symptoms,and is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
