Abstract
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of myocardial enzyme detection in children with hand foot mouth disease complicated with myocardial injury.Methods A total of 85 children with hand foot mouth disease admitted to People's Hospital of Zizhou County from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the presence or absence of myocardial injury,they were divided into non-myocardial injury group(n=52)and myocardial injury group(n=33).The levels of serum myocardial enzyme and the positive rate of detection were compared between the two groups,and the diagnostic value of different detection was analyzed.Results The levels of serum lactic acid dehydrogenase(LDH),creatine kinase(CK),CK isoenzymes(CK-MB)and cardiac troponin I(cTnI)in the myocardial injury group were higher than those in the non-myocardial injury group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rates of LDH,CK-MB,CK and cTnI in the myocardial injury group were higher than those in the non-myocardial injury group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and area under the curve(AUC)of LDH detection alone were 0.818,0.865 and 0.824,those of CK-MB detection alone were 0.697,0.827 and 0.737,those of CK detection alone were 0.727,0.827 and 0.702,respectively.The sensitivity,specificity and AUC of cTnI detection alone were 0.758,0.884 and 0.842,respectively.The sensitivity,specificity and AUC of LDH,CK-MB,CK and cTnI combined detection were 0.909,0.885 and 0.910,respectively.The AUC of combined detection was larger than that of each index alone,and the sensitivity and specificity were higher than those of each index alone(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of LDH,CK-MB,CK and cTnI has a high diagnostic value in children with hand foot mouth disease complicated with myocardial injury.关键词
