Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of cluster nursing in newborns with severe pneumonia.Methods A total of 60 newborns with severe pneumonia in Lanling County People's Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)by the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given cluster nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The blood gas indexes,total incidence of complications,clinical symptom improvement time,mechanical ventilation time and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no significant difference in blood gas indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the blood gas indexes in both groups were improved,and the blood gas indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical symptom improvement time in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The mechanical ventilation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster nursing in newborns with severe pneumonia has significant application effect,which can improve blood gas indexes,reduce complications,relieve clinical symptoms,shorten mechanical ventilation time,and has high satisfaction.关键词
