Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of perioperative nursing in laparoscopic operation of ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 64 patients with ectopic pregnancy who underwent laparoscopic operation in the Department of Gynecology,Jinan Third People's Hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received perioperative nursing.The incidence of postoperative complications,mental state and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group was 3.13%,lower than 21.88%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total rate of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 100.00%,higher than 81.25%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of perioperative nursing in laparoscopic operation of ectopic pregnancy is better,which can improve mental state,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and increase nursing satisfaction.关键词
