摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of holistic nursing intervention in intravenous infusion of children with severe cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 60 children with severe cerebral palsy admitted to the Health Center of Jinan Children's Welfare Hospital from August 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All the children were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the observation group(30 cases)using the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received holistic nursing intervention.The incidence of adverse events,nursing satisfaction and success rate of one-time puncture were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of service efficiency,sense of responsibility,operational skills,environmental management and safety management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of one-time puncture in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing intervention can effectively improve success rate of one-time puncture and satisfaction of intravenous infusion of children with severe cerebral palsy,reduce the incidence of adverse events and ensure the safety of infusion in children.关键词
