Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of detail and comfort nursing in atomization inhalation treatment of pediatric bronchopneumonia.Methods A total of 150 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to the Ward of Pingyi County Liuyu Town Health Center from April 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group using random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received routine nursing + detail and comfort nursing.The disappearance time of symptoms,hospitalization time,lung function,compliance and family satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The disappearance time of cough([3.56±1.02]d),fever([2.93±0.57]d),lung rale([3.30±0.37]d)and hospital stay([6.59±1.11]d)in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group([4.18±1.16]d,[3.55±0.61]d,[3.98±0.41]d,[7.27±1.36]d)(P<0.05).After the intervention,forced vital capacity([2.14±0.36]L),forced expiratory volume in one second([1.85±0.24]L)and peak expiratory flow([3.34±0.57]L/s)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group([1.68±0.42]L,[1.45±0.36]L,[2.78±0.54]L/s)(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the observation group(96.00%)was higher than that of the control group(85.33%)(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group(97.33%)was higher than that of the control group(84.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Detail and comfort nursing can improve the compliance and family satisfaction of children with bronchopneumonia treated with atomization inhalation,help improve clinical symptoms and lung function,and shorten the hospital stay.关键词
