基于肠道菌群探讨中药治疗卵巢癌的研究进展
Research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ovarian cancer based on intestinal flora
摘要
Abstract
Ovarian cancer is one of the most common gynecological malignancies,which can occur at any age and has a high mortality rate.In recent years,intestinal flora has become a research hotspot,and intestinal flora has a certain relationship with various system diseases of the human body.The gut is an important immune organ of the human body.The imbalance of intestinal flora will cause a variety of chronic inflammation,immune disorders and abnormal physiological processes,which will change gene expression and microenvironment homeostasis,and lead to cancer.At present,traditional Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy is used to treat ovarian cancer.This article reviews the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine regulating intestinal flora and affecting the development of ovarian cancer,so as to provide a basis for the clinical treatment of ovarian cancer with traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
