摘要
Abstract
The prevalence of congenital hypothyroidism(CH)is gradually increasing,which seriously affects children's intellectual development.Early screening can help early diagnosis and treatment and reduce the number of children with intellectual disability.At present,the etiology of CH has not been clear and unified.Therefore,if the high-risk factors can be identified,education,guidance and intervention can be carried out for high-risk pregnant women.This article reviews the screening and risk factors of CH,and provides a basis for early intervention and guidance of the disease.关键词
