Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of transumbilical single-port laparoscopy in hystero-myomectomy and its influence on aesthetic degree of incision.Methods A total of 60 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to Guangdong Tongjiang Hospital from January 2020 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with porous laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy,and the observation group was treated with transumbilical single-port laparoscopy in hysteromyomectomy.The perioperative indicators,the levels of postoperative pain,the incidence of complications and aesthetic degree of incision were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the hospitalization time between the two groups(P>0.05).The operation time and anal exhaust time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the intraoperative bleeding volume was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of visual analogue scale at 6,24,48 and 72 hours after surgery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of circumferential scar in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of transumbilical single-port laparoscopy in hysteromyomectomy is better,with mild pain,fewer complications,high incision aesthetics and significant treatment effect.关键词
