摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Calcitriol adjuvant therapy on menopausal women with osteoporosis(OP)and its impact on the levels of bone metabolism indicators.Methods A total of 100 menopausal women patients with OP admitted to Jinan Jiyang District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Calcium Carbonate D3,while the observation group was given Calcitriol adjuvant therapy on the basis of the control group.The levels of bone metabolism indicators,bone density,clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of bone glaprotein and N-terminal propeptide of typeⅠprecollagen in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The bone density of the lumbar spine,femoral neck and hip in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Calcitriol adjuvant therapy on menopausal women with OP is significant,which can improve bone metabolism indicators and increase bone density.关键词
