Clinical effect of acupoint application of Chinese medicine combined with laser therapy in abdominal pain in children with mesenteric lym-phadenitis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupoint application of Chinese medicine combined with laser therapy in abdominal pain in children with mesenteric lymphadenitis.Methods A total of 88 children with mesenteric lymphadenitis admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of Wuming Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was added acupoint application of Chinese medicine combined with laser therapy.The abdominal pain relief time,abdominal pain disappearance time and abdominal pain recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The abdominal pain relief time and abdominal pain disappearance time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of abdominal pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of acupoint application of Chinese medicine combined with laser therapy in abdominal pain in children with mesenteric lymphadenitis is accurate,can effectively improve the symptoms of abdominal pain,reduce the recurrence rate of abdominal pain,and is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
