Abstract
Objective To explore the application of non-nutritive sucking in preterm infants with feeding intolerance.Methods A total of 120 preterm infants with feeding intolerance in People's Hospital of Longhua,Shenzhen from November 2021 to April 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given orogastric tube feeding,and the observation group was given non-nutritive sucking on the basis of control group.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results The incidence of abdominal distension,gastric retention and vomiting in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The daily milk intake in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the weight recovery time,length of hospitalization and gastrointestinal feeding time were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in gastrin(GAS)and motilin(MOT)levels between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of GAS and MOT at 3 and 7 days after birth in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and the GAS and MOT levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Non-nutritive sucking can improve the feeding of preterm infants with feeding intolerance,promote growth and development,and enhance the function of digestive system,which is worth promoting.关键词
