Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Vitamin C combined with Fructose Diphosphate Sodium in the treatment of myocardial injury after neonatal asphyxia. Methods A total of 80 newborns with myocardial injury after asphyxia admitted to Department of Neonatology,Yangxin People's Hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The reference group was given symptomatic treatment and Vitamin C,while the treatment group was given Fructose Diphosphate Sodium on the basis of the reference group. The treatment effect of the two groups was compared. Results The excellent and good rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of creatine kinase, creatine kinase muscle and brain isoenzyme,α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase, malondialdehyde and advanced oxidation protein products in the treatment group were lower than those in the reference group, the level of superoxide dismutase in the treatment group was higher than that in the reference group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom relief time and the length of hospitalization in the treatment group were shorter than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitamin C combined with Fructose Diphosphate Sodium treating myocardial injury after neonatal asphyxia has significant effect, which can improve myocardial metabolism, reduce myocardial injury, promote the alleviation of symptoms, and is worthy of promotion.关键词
