Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiaoqinglong Granules combined with Chinese traditional manipulation in the treatment of pediatric bronchial asthma and its impact on inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 94 children with bronchial asthma in Jining Municipal Government Hospital from April 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by the envelope method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Montelukast Sodium,while the observation group was treated with Xiaoqinglong Granules and Chinese traditional manipulation on the basis of the control group.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results After 2 weeks of intervention,the syndrome scores of wheezing,chest tightness,shortness of breath and fatigue,stomach fullness and limb drowsiness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the levels of interleukin(IL)-4 and IL-13 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of interferon-γ was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiaoqinglong Granules combined with Chinese traditional manipulation treating pediatric bronchial asthma has significant clinical effect,which can promote symptom relief and reduce inflammation.关键词
