Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of multifunctional amblyopia comprehensive therapeutic instrument in the treatment of children with refractive amblyopia.Methods A total of 76 children with refractive amblyopia admitted to Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the reference group(38 cases)and the experimental group(38 cases)according to the lottery method.The reference group was treated with conventional corrective treatment,and the experimental group was treated with multifunctional amblyopia comprehensive therapeutic instrument based on the reference group.The ocular adjustment function,corrected visual acuity and diopter of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the ocular adjustment function of the experimental group was better than that of the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the corrected visual acuity of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the diopter of the experimental groups was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The multifunctional amblyopia comprehensive therapeutic instrument in the treatment of children with refractive amblyopia can improve the visual acuity level of children and effectively improve the ocular adjustment function.关键词
