摘要
Abstract
Intraperitoneal hemorrhage caused by spontaneous rupture of uterine blood vessels during pregnancy is a rare and serious obstetric complication with high misdiagnosis rate and high perinatal mortality if not treated in time.This article reports four cases of spontaneous rupture of uterine subserosal vessels in the late trimester of pregnancy in Beijing Haidian District Maternal and Child Health Hospital,and analyzes the pathogenic factors,clinical manifestations,diagnosis,treatment and maternal and infant outcomes to improve the understanding of the disease.关键词
