Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle activity in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 102 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus who were treated in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,People's Hospital of Pingyi County from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected and divided into the reference group(n=51)and the experimental group(n=51)according to the odd and even number method.The reference group was given routine management,and the experimental group was given quality control circle activity management.The awareness status of gestational diabetes mellitus related knowledge,blood glucose and blood lipid levels,and the total incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The awareness rate of gestational diabetes mellitus related knowledge in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).After management,the blood glucose level of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The blood lipid level of the experimental group was better than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quality control circle activity in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus can improve the awareness rate of disease related knowledge,control blood glucose and blood lipid levels,and reduce the incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes.关键词
