摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of postpartum visit+personalized health guidance in postpartum health care of puerpera.Methods A total of 158 puerpera who received postpartum health care in Beijing Xicheng District Guangwai Community Health Service Center from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to different intervention models,they were divided into study group and control group,with 79 cases in each group.The control group received routine postpartum health guidance,while the study group received postpartum visit+personalized health guidance.The total incidence of complications and health guidance were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of postpartum complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction,compliance,mastery of health knowledge and breastfeeding scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of postpartum visit+personalized health guidance in postpartum health care of puerpera can reduce the incidence of postpartum complications and improve satisfaction,compliance,mastery of health knowledge and breastfeeding.关键词
