Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Pidotimod in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory system infection.Methods A total of 96 children with recurrent respiratory system infection admitted to Anqiu People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Melocillin Sodium combined with Budesonide,while the observation group was treated with Pidotimod on the basis of the control group.The levels of inflammatory factors and immunoglobulin,disappearance time of clinical symptoms,pulmonary function,clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions and reinfection of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of interferon-γ and interleukin-2 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-4 were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin G and immunoglobulin M in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of forced expiratory volume in one second,forced vital capacity,peak expiratory flow rate and forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vital capacity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The number of reinfection in the observation group was fewer than that in the control group,and the duration of reinfection was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Pidomod in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory system infection is better and worthy of promotion.关键词
