摘要

Abstract

Objective To compare the effect of daily low-dose nebulization and intermittent nebulization of Fluticasone Propionate Inhalation Aerosol in the treatment of children with asthma.Methods A total of 86 children with asthma admitted to Wudi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the conventional group(n=43)and the experimental group(n=43)using the random number table method.The conventional group was treated with daily low-dose nebulization of Fluticasone Propionate Inhalation Aerosol,and the experimental group was treated with intermittent nebulization of Fluticasone Propionate Inhalation Aerosol.The clinical efficacy,lung function,asthma score,the levels of immunoglobulin E and eosinophil were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The levels of forced vital capacity and forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vital capacity in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The asthma scores during the daytime and nighttime in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The levels of immunoglobulin E and eosinophilic in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of intermittent nebulization of Fluticasone Propionate Inhalation Aerosol in children with asthma can reduce the levels of immunoglobulin and eosinophil,improve lung function and asthma symptoms,and effectively enhance clinical efficacy.
