Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yinzhihuang Granules combined with Piperacillin Sodium and Tazobactam Sodium in the treatment of neonatal infectious jaundice.Methods A total of 80 children with neonatal infectious jaundice from January 2020 to December 2022 in Kuitun Hospital of Yili Hasake Autonomous Prefecture were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Piperacillin Sodium and Tazobactam Sodium,and the observation group was treated with Yinzhihuang Granules combined with Piperacillin Sodium and Tazobactam Sodium.The clinical efficacy,jaundice index and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum total bilirubin,lactate dehydrogenase,total bile acid,creatine kinase isoenzymes-MB and transcutaneous bilirubin decreased in both groups,and the levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yinzhihuang Granules combined with Piperacillin Sodium and Tazobactam Sodium in the treatment of neonatal infectious jaundice has a good clinical effect,which is worthy of promotion.关键词
