摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in nursing of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome(PIH).Methods A total of 80 PIH patients admitted to Nanjing First Hospital,Nanjing Medical University from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine obstetric nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing.The blood pressure,incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,cesarean section rate and psychological state score were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and cesarean section rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has a good application effect in the nursing of PIH patients,which can reduce the blood pressure,the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and cesarean section rate,and improve the psychological state.关键词
