Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of doctor-nurse integrated nursing in patients with ectopic pregnancy undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients with ectopic pregnancy who underwent laparoscopic surgery in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Zhangdian District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Zibo City from February 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the touch ball method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given doctor-nurse integrated nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The recovery time of bowel sound,anal exhaust time,first defecation time,drainage tube extubation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of tension,depression,panic and sleep quality in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the energy score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Doctor-nurse integrated nursing has a good application effect in patients with ectopic pregnancy undergoing laparoscopic surgery,which can improve negative emotions,sleep quality and promote postoperative rehabilitation.关键词
