Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing model in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods From August 2021 to August 2022,70 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus who received treatment in Heze Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the research objects,they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given high-quality nursing model.The blood glucose test value,negative emotions,pregnancy complications and adverse pregnancy outcomes,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group,and the scores of anxiety and depression scales were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of pregnancy complications and adverse pregnancy outcomes in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing model in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus can effectively improve their blood glucose level,relieve negative emotions,reduce the risk of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.关键词
