摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of demand-oriented nursing combined with mindfulness decompression in patients with uterine fibroid surgery and its effect on mindfulness level.Methods A total of 84 patients with uterine fibroid who underwent surgical treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(42 cases)was given routine nursing,and the observation group(42 cases)was given demand-oriented nursing combined with mindfulness decompression based on the intervention conditions of the control group.The postoperative recovery status,mindfulness level(MAAS),quality of life(GQOLI-74)and nursing service evaluation were compared between the two groups.Results The first postoperative exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the MAAS and GQOLI-74 scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.24%,which was higher than 78.57%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Demand-oriented nursing combined with mindfulness decompression can improve the mindfulness level of patients with uterine fibroid surgery,accelerate postoperative recovery,improve the quality of life and improve the satisfaction with nursing service.关键词
