Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in perioperative period of menopausal female patients with appendicitis surgery.Methods A total of 70 female patients with appendicitis surgery admitted to Wutai Town Health Center in Pingyi County of Linyi City from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the female patients were divided into the conventional group and the study group using the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The conventional group received routine nursing intervention,and the study group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing satisfaction,psychological state and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total rate of nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of quality of life in the study group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in perioperative period of menopausal female patients with appendicitis surgery can improve their psychological state,increase quality of life and nursing satisfaction.关键词
