摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of holistic nursing in children with positive pressure indwelling needle sealing tube.Methods A total of 230 children with positive pressure indwelling needle sealing tube admitted to Xi'an Aerospace General Hospital from January 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All the children were divided into the study group(115 cases)and the control group(115 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given holistic nursing based on the control group.The incidence of lumen blockage and infection,unqualified incidence of fixation and maintenance of positive pressure indwelling needle sealing tube,and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results The incidence rates of lumen blockage and infection in the study group were 1.7%and 0.9%,which were lower than 8.7%and 7.8%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the unqualified incidence of fixation and maintenance of positive pressure indwelling needle sealing tube(P>0.05).The total rate of nursing satisfaction in the study group was 99.1%,which was higher than 89.6%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of holistic nursing in children with positive pressure indwelling needle sealing tube can reduce the rate of lumen blockage and infection,and improve the nursing satisfaction on the basis of maintaining the quality of tube sealing,which has a good application value.关键词
