Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing combined with health education in the rehabilitation of female patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 70 female patients with COPD admitted to Department of Respiratory Medicine,Lanling County People's Hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the female patients were divided into the observation group(n=35)and the control group(n=35)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received psychological nursing combined with health education on the basis of the control group.The psychological status,mastery of disease relevant knowledge and pulmonary function of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in both groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The mastery rate of disease relevant knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of forced expiratory volume in one second,forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vital capacity in both groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of psychological nursing combined with health education in the female patients with COPD is better,can effectively relieve anxiety and depression,improve the mastery of disease relevant knowledge and pulmonary function of patients,which is worth promoting.关键词
