Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing model in the nursing of twin pregnancy.Methods A total of 80 pregnant women with twin pregnancy admitted to Tongling Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Anhui Province from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the pregnant women were divided into the experimental group and the control group using the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing model,and the experimental group was given evidence-based nursing model.The anxiety,incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the score of Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)in the experimental group was(9.42±7.31)points,that in the control group was(15.68±8.86)points,the scores of both groups decreased,and the score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was 2.50%,which was lower than 17.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 97.50%,which was higher than 77.50%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of evidence-based nursing model in the nursing of twin pregnancy is significant and worth promoting.关键词
