聚多巴胺/MXene/Cu改性棉织物的制备及其性能
Preparation and performance of polydopamine/MXene/Cu-modified cotton fabric

Abstract
Pure cotton fabric was used as a flexible matrix,and firstly,polydopamine(PDA)/MXene was coated on the surface of pure cotton fabric,and then rough structured metal copper(Cu)was deposited on its surface by non electrodeposition method to obtain a PDA/MXene/Cu-modified cotton fabric with conductivity and antibacterial properties.The morphology of cotton fabric was observed using a scanning electron microscope,and the mechanical properties of cotton fabric were measured using a universal tensile testing machine.The results showed that Cu,PDA,and MXene uniformly covered the surface of cotton fabric.The mechanical properties of PDA/MXene/Cu-modified cotton fabric were improved,and the tensile strength and elongation at break of the modified cotton fabric increased to 150 kPa and 28.6%,respectively.Further using conductive cotton fabric as a strain sensor to monitor the bending of human fingers and evaluate the sensing performance of the device,the maximum sensing response was 10.9%when the finger bending angle was 60°.Finally,antibacterial tests were conducted on the conductive cotton fabrics,and the results showed that the modified cotton fabric had good antibacterial properties.When copper was deposited for 1.5 hours,the diameter of the antibacterial ring was 31.8 mm and the area was 793.9 mm2.This multifunctional PDA/MXene/Cu-modified cotton fabric is expected to be applied in wearable electronic devices,health and motion monitors,and other fields.关键词
