The Impact of Digital Transformation on Supply Chain Elasticity
摘要
Abstract
In order to analyze the influence mechanism of digital transformation on supply chain elastic-ity,a conceptual model was established to test the mediating and moderating effects of supply chain synergy and enterprise size between them.The results show that digital transformation is positively correlated with sup-ply chain elasticity.Supply chain collaboration plays a partial mediating role between digital transformation and supply chain elasticity.The moderating effect of enterprise size is shown as a negative moderating effect on dig-ital transformation,supply chain elasticity and supply chain synergy,and a positive moderating effect on supply chain synergy and supply chain elasticity.It is suggested that enterprises should actively carry out digital trans-formation,establish supply chain collaborative management mechanism,and create a good transformation sup-port atmosphere for small and medium-sized enterprises.关键词
