摘要
Abstract
Taking the issuance of Green Credit Guidelines in 2012 as a time node,this paper constructed a quasi-natural experiment.It firstly selected the data of listed companies from 2008 to 2022 as samples,and then used the difference-in-differences method to analyze the impact of green credit policies on corporate environmental performance.The results show that green credit policy has improved corporate environmental performance,and corporate technological innovation can promote the improvement of corporate environmental performance.Heterogeneity analysis shows that green credit policy has a more significant promoting effect on the environmental performance of growing enterprises with higher educational background of executives.It is suggested that enterprises should be guided to achieve green development from the beginning of front-end governance,and enterprises should actively fulfill their social responsibilities and constantly improve their envi-ronmental performance.关键词
