秦创原创新驱动平台的构建模式及运行机制研究
Research on the Construction Mode and Operation Mechanism of Qin Chuangyuan Innovation Driving Platform
摘要
Abstract
The construction and effective operation of innovation platform is an important link in the con-struction of innovation ecosystem,which takes an important role in promoting the development of regional econ-omy and the construction of national innovation system.This paper adopted the longitudinal single case study method,took the emerging Qinchuangyuan innovation-driven platform in Shaanxi Province as an example,and discussed its construction mode,operation mechanism and construction experience.It is found that the four-stage construction models of Qin innovation driven platform are the gathering of factors in the initial stage,the integration of resources in the integration stage,the construction of innovation network in the expansion stage and the cultivation of innovation ecosystem in the mature stage.The main operating mechanisms of Qin Chuan-gyuan are government-led mechanism,collaborative innovation mechanism,technology-driven mechanism and digital governance mechanism.Finally,the research results provide reference for the construction and de-velopment of China's innovation platform and innovation ecosystem.关键词
