变电站通信技术担负着信息流的传递任务,面对自然灾害等极端情况,变电站内通信基础设施的可靠性是保障电力系统稳定运行的必要条件.针对变电站内有线通信网络无法正常运转情况下的通信保障问题,基于卫星短报文技术提出一套变电站监测与应急通信方案.在卫星短报文通信的基础上构建了信息传输流程及相应的硬件框架,实现了变电站信息的可靠应急传输.该技术作为变电站内有线通信网络的必要补充,可以在有线通信网络被破坏的情况下保障站内与外界的信息传递.仿真实验测试结果表明,所提出的监测与应急通信技术方案灵活性强、安全性高,能够可靠地确保极端情况下变电站的通信畅通.

Substation communication technology is responsible for the transmission of information flow.In the face of extreme situations such as natural disasters,the reliability of communication infrastructure in substations is a necessary condition to ensure the stable operation of the power system.In response to the issue of communication guarantee in the case of abnormal operation of wired communication networks in substations,a substation monitoring and emergency communication scheme is proposed based on satellite short message technology.On the basis of satellite short message communication,an information transmission process and corresponding hardware framework are constructed to achieve a reliable emergency transmission of substation information.This technology,as a necessary supplement to the wired communication network within the substation,can ensure the information transmission between the station and the outside in the event of damage to the wired communication network.The test results of simulation experiments show that the proposed monitoring and emergency communication technology scheme has excellent flexibility and high security,and can ensure smooth communication of the substation under extreme circumstances.
