Substation monitoring and emergency communication technology based on satellite short message
摘要
Abstract
Substation communication technology is responsible for the transmission of information flow.In the face of extreme situations such as natural disasters,the reliability of communication infrastructure in substations is a necessary condition to ensure the stable operation of the power system.In response to the issue of communication guarantee in the case of abnormal operation of wired communication networks in substations,a substation monitoring and emergency communication scheme is proposed based on satellite short message technology.On the basis of satellite short message communication,an information transmission process and corresponding hardware framework are constructed to achieve a reliable emergency transmission of substation information.This technology,as a necessary supplement to the wired communication network within the substation,can ensure the information transmission between the station and the outside in the event of damage to the wired communication network.The test results of simulation experiments show that the proposed monitoring and emergency communication technology scheme has excellent flexibility and high security,and can ensure smooth communication of the substation under extreme circumstances.关键词
