Evaluation of a rapid field screening method for synthetic cannabinoid immunocolloidal gold
摘要
Abstract
This study takes synthetic cannabinoids,a new psychoactive substance,as the main object of study,and intends to study the application of immunocolloidal gold(carbon)rapid screening methods for 13 kinds of synthetic cannabinoids in five categories.The sensitivity of the method was determined by using standard samples and urine addition samples,to verify/determin the threshold of the immunocolloidal gold(carbon)technique,and to determine the stability of the detection results.The specificity of the method was verified by using 21 common drugs and 7 synthetic cannabinoid samples outside the detection range of the kit.The accuracy of 58 seized samples and 34 suspected drug user urine samples tested by LC/MS were verified.The results show that the technique is capable for rapid screening of seized suspect samples and the targetswith low limits of detection from urine samples of suspected drug user..关键词
