摘要
Abstract
The calibration method of the coating film and putty film sanding tester was established.Based on the investigation of manufacturers and users,referring to the relevant national standards and calibration specifications,a method was proposed to calibrate the sanding velocity error,sanding stroke,sanding head quality and additional weight quality by using electronic stopwatch,steel ruler and electronic balance.Select the representative coating film and putty film sanding tester,according to the calibration method to test the measurement characteristics,the verification results meet the requirements of the index.This method promotes the standardization and normalization of the traceability,and promotes the formulation of its calibration specification.关键词
