Abstract
Objective:To compare the effectiveness of nasal endoscopy and microscopy with supported laryngoscopy in vocal fold polyp surgery.Methods:79 patients with anterior vocal fold polyps were selected and divided into Group A and Group B according to the procedure,to compare the differences in the surgery-related indexes between the 2 groups.Results:Group A took longer to operate than group B(P<0.05),and the intraoperative rate of complete exposure of vocal fold polyps was higher than that of group B(P<0.05);at 6 months after the operation,the overall effective rate of group A was higher than that of group B;all the surgical invalids in group B were difficult to reveal vocal fold polyps;the difference in the overall complication rate between the 2 groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Taking a nasal endoscope with a supported laryngoscope for vocal fold polyps has a longer operative time,but is more effective in patients with difficult exposure of vocal fold polyps.In addition to this,the two procedures can be chosen flexibly.关键词
