Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum PTH levels and cardiac function,serum calcium,and serum phosphorus levels in patients with CKD.Methods:A total of 120 patients with CKD and 30 patients with normal renal function were selected.Data on cardiac function,serum PTH,serum calcium,serum phosphorus levels were collected and the correlation between each index was analyzed.Results:There were no significant differences in age,BMI,serum calcium,and LVEF between the CKD groups and the control group(P>0.05).However,blood pressure,serum PTH,serum phosphorus,serum calcium-phosphorus product,and LVMI were higher in the CKD groups(P<0.05).Serum PTH levels were significantly positively correlated with LVMI,serum phosphorus,and serum calcium-phosphorus product(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed a significant positive correlation between serum PTH and LVMI,serum calcium-phosphorus product,and blood pressure(P<0.05).Conclusion:The elevated serum PTH levels in patients with CKD are associated with blood pressure,serum phosphorus,serum calcium-phosphorus product,and left ventricular mass.关键词
