布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘疗效的影响因素分析OACSTPCD
Analysis of influencing factors on the efficacy of budesonide nebulization inhalation in the treatment of childhood asthma
目的:分析布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘疗效的影响因素.方法:回顾性分析合肥市滨湖医院儿科2020 年 1 月-2022 年 9 月收治的 120 例接受布地奈德雾化吸入治疗的哮喘患儿资料,依据疗效分为控制有效组 75例、控制不佳组 45 例,采用多因素Logistic回归分析法检验疗效的影响因素.结果:多因素Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、病情严重程度、家长文化程度、依从性、吸入方法、哮喘因素、健康宣教掌握程度、心理支持、个体化哮喘长期治疗方案、吸入治疗坚持时间、复查情况、家庭经济状况为疗效的影响因素(P＜0.05).结论:布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘疗效的影响因素众多.
Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of the efficacy of budesonide nebulization inhalation in the treatment of childhood asthma.Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 120 asthma children treated with budesonide nebulization inhalation at the Pediatric Department of Binhu Hospital in Hefei from January 2020 to September 2022.According to the efficacy,they were divided into a control effective group of 75 cases and a control poor group of 45 cases.The influencing factors of the efficacy were tested using multivariate logistic regression analysis.Result:Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age,severity of the condition,parental education level,compliance,inhalation methods,asthma factors,mastery of health education,psychological support,individualized long-term treatment plan for asthma,duration of inhalation treatment,follow-up status,and family economic status were the influencing factors for efficacy(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are many influencing factors on the efficacy of budesonide nebulization inhalation in the treatment of childhood asthma.
