Abstract
Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of the efficacy of budesonide nebulization inhalation in the treatment of childhood asthma.Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 120 asthma children treated with budesonide nebulization inhalation at the Pediatric Department of Binhu Hospital in Hefei from January 2020 to September 2022.According to the efficacy,they were divided into a control effective group of 75 cases and a control poor group of 45 cases.The influencing factors of the efficacy were tested using multivariate logistic regression analysis.Result:Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age,severity of the condition,parental education level,compliance,inhalation methods,asthma factors,mastery of health education,psychological support,individualized long-term treatment plan for asthma,duration of inhalation treatment,follow-up status,and family economic status were the influencing factors for efficacy(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are many influencing factors on the efficacy of budesonide nebulization inhalation in the treatment of childhood asthma.关键词
