HDP早期肾损伤检测指标的探讨OACSTPCD
To explore of the early renal injury detection indicators of HDP
目的:探讨多个肾损伤标志物(MKI)检测在妊娠期高血压疾病(HDP)早期肾损伤的应用价值.方法:回顾性分析我院对HDP孕妇进行MKI检测的资料.结果:研究组检测MKI水平高于对照组,随着HDP病情发展MKI检测水平逐渐升高,肾功能异常组MKI检测水平高于肾功能正常组.MKI联检的AUC为 0.917,对HDP早期肾损伤有较高的诊断效能.结论:HDP早期肾损伤可致孕妇MKI水平上升,这种改变有助于对HDP早期肾损伤严重程度的判断,联检对HDP早期肾损伤诊断有较高的应用价值.
objective:To explore the utility of multiple kidney injury markers(MKI)in early kidney injury in gestational hypertensive disease(HDP).Methods:Data of MKI testing in pregnant women with HDP were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The level of MKI detection in the study group was higher than that of the control group.As the level of MKI detection gradually increased,the level of MKI detection in the renal function abnormality group was higher than that of the group with normal renal function.The AUC of the MKI combined test was 0.917,which showed a high diagnostic efficacy for the early renal injury of HDP.Conclusion:Early kidney injury of HDP can cause increased MKI level in pregnant women,this change helps to judge the severity of kidney injury in the early stage of HDP,and joint examination has high application value in the diagnosis of early kidney injury of HDP.
