Abstract
The Kashgar River basin,with its superior geographical location,has been facing unprecedented development opportunities,but its water ecosystem is extremely sensitive and fragile,and the conflict between economy,society and natural ecology for water was acute,and the water ecology of the basin was on the verge of crisis.Under the concept of ecological civilization construction in the new era,timely and accurate evaluation of water ecological environment problems in river basins and protection and restoration have become the top priority of water resource development,utilization,protection and management in river basins.Therefore,based on the systematic evaluation of the current situation of water resources,water environment and water ecosystem in Kashgar River basin,the water ecological environment problems caused by the current water resources development and utilization mode in the basin were analyzed and countermeasures to promote the harmonious coexistence and coordinated development of"people-water-environment"in the basin were put forward.关键词
