Abstract
It was of great practical significance to carry out emission trading in a larger region and scope on the basis of local pilot projects.In order to promote the smooth implementation of trans-regional emission trading in the three provinces and one city of the Yangtze River Delta,the principles of the construction of trans-regional emission trading system in the Yangtze River Delta were clarified,the framework of the trans-regional emission trading system were established,and the key problems of the registration platform and the setting up of the emission trading platform were solved.The coverage,total volume mechanism,trading targets,trading methods,trading mechanisms,clearing and settlement mechanisms,risk control and other specific mechanisms were also determined.关键词
