Research progress in the imaging-based functional assessment of coronary artery physiology
摘要
Abstract
Fractional flow reserve(FFR)has become the reference standard of coronary artery physiology for assessing the degree of coronary stenosis,guiding the revascularization strategy and chosing treatment plans.However,the application of FFR in clinical is limited due to many factors including the invasive procedure of pressure guide wire during FFR evaluation,the use of hyperemic agents and so on.With the application of coronary artery virtual physiology,the coronary imaging derived FFR technology has been developed,such as coronary angiography derived FFR,optical coherence tomography derived FFR and intravascular ultrasound derived FFR.At the same time,the diagnostic efficacy of these functional assessment methods has been confirmed by a large number of clinical studies.This paper aims to review the diagnostic efficacy and clinical use of FFR based on coronary angiography,intravascular ultrasound and optical coherence tomography.关键词
