Abstract
Objective To analyze the influence of different crosslinking densities on the performance of 5-layer co-ex-trusion film for infusion.Methods The 5-layer co-extrusion film for infusion samples with different crosslinking densities were prepared using different irradiation conditions.By examining the tensile performance,thermal sealing performance,transmittance,pH value and other indicators,the effects of different crosslinking densities on the physical,chemical,and usage properties of the 5-layer co-extrusion film for infusion were analyzed.Results The results show that the mechanical properties,optical properties and heat sealing properties of the 5-layer co-extrusion film for infusion membrane are improved to a certain extent with the in-crease of the crosslinking density.When the gel content reaches more than 60%,the performance of the 5-layer co-extrusion film for infusion membrane is more excellent.Conclusion It is important to choose the appropriate irradiation process for the prop-erties of 5-layer co-extrusion film for infusion membrane.关键词
