基于文献计量学的生物医药产业研究热点分析
Analysis of Research Hotspots in Biomedical Industry Based on Bibliometrics

Abstract
Objective To conduct a bibliometric analysis of Chinese and English literature on the biopharmaceutical industry,and to explore its research hotspots and development trends.Methods Based on the China National Knowledge Infra-structure(CNKI)and Web of Science(WOS)databases,relevant literature on the biopharmaceutical industry from 2002 to 2022 was searched.Visual analysis of publication volume,author,institution,country/region,journal,keywords,and co-citation of litera-ture was conducted using Excel and CiteSpace software.Based on the visualization results,the research overview and future devel-opment trends of the biopharmaceutical industry were explored.Results The search result of CNKI and WOS were 1 853 and 685 articles,totaling 2 538.The highest number of articles published in Chinese and English was 140 in 2018.The Chinese and English journals that contained the most articles related to the biopharmaceutical industry were"Chinese Journal of New Drugs"and"DRUG DISCOVERY TODAY",respectively.Keyword analysis showed that research hotspots mainly focus on industrial clus-ters,and technological innovation.The most frequently cited literature mainly focuses on industrial policy,and technological re-search and development.Conclusions The annual publication volume of research in the biopharmaceutical industry is increas-ing,and research perspectives and directions are also more diverse.It is speculated that the future research hotspots of the biophar-maceutical industry will mainly focus on technological innovation,development strategies,talent cultivation,conceptual frame-works,and artificial intelligence.关键词
