无痛肠镜结合复方聚乙二醇电解质散治疗老年结肠息肉的效果观察

Abstract
Objective To discuss the applied value of painless enteroscopy with polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder in the treatment of senile colonic polyp.Methods A total of 82 elderly patients with colonic polyp treated from March 2022 to September 2023 in our hospital were selected.According to the random number table,patients were assigned to control group(n=41)and test group(n=41).Painless enteroscopy with magnesium sulfate was applied in the control group;while painless enteroscopy with polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder were applied in the test group.The operative indicators,intestinal tract cleanliness,postoperative adverse events and quality of life were observed.Results The operation time and hospital stays in the test group were significantly shorter than control group.The polyp resection rates were significantly higher than control group(P＜0.05).The good intestinal tract cleanliness rates in the test group were significantly higher than control group(P＜0.05).After surgery,the adverse event rates in the test group were significantly lower than control group(P＜0.05).Before surgery,the quality of life scores between groups were not significantly different(P＞0.05).After surgery,the quality of life scores in the test group were significantly higher than control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Painless enteroscopy with polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder can reduce the operation time and surgical complication risks,improve the quality of life for senile colonic polyp patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
