目的 对老年股骨转子间骨折患者进行股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)内固定术治疗,并评估其临床效果.方法 以乱数表法将 2019 年 3 月至 2022 年 3 月洛宁县人民医院收入的 86 例老年股骨转子间骨折患者分为对照组[动力髋螺钉(DHS),43 例]、观察组(PFNA,43 例),分析两组治疗效果.结果 观察组患者切口长度及引流量均低于对照组,且术中出血量、手术时间卧床时间及骨折愈合时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);术后1…查看全部>>
