妇科腹腔镜手术与开腹手术对子宫肌瘤患者恐惧感及希望水平影响观察OA
Influence of Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery and Laparotomy on Fear and Hope Levels in Patients with Uterine Fibroids
目的 分析妇科腹腔镜手术与开腹手术对子宫肌瘤患者恐惧感及希望水平影响.方法 将开封市人民医院2021 年 2 月至 2023 年 2 月子宫肌瘤患者(82 例)设置为研究对象,按照随机单双数抽签法分组(单数者入对照组、双数者入研究组),各 41 例.对照组接受开腹手术治疗、研究组接受腹腔镜手术治疗.对比两组术前恐惧疾病进展简化量表评分(FoP-Q-SF)、术前恐惧量表评分、术前Herth希望水平评分量表(HHI).结果 研究组术前FoP-Q-SF均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组术前恐惧量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组术前HHI评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对比妇科开腹手术,子宫肌瘤患者行妇科腹腔镜恐惧感相对较低、希望水平较高.
Objective To analyze the influence of gynecological laparoscopic surgery and laparotomy on fear and hope levels in patients with uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 82 patients with uterine fibroids treated at Kaifeng People's Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups using random odd-even number drawing(patients with odd numbers were assigned to the control group,and those with even numbers were assigned to the study group),with 41 cases in each group.The control group underwent laparotomy,while the study group underwent laparoscopic surgery.The Fear of Progression Questionnaire-Short Form(FoP-Q-SF),Fear Questionnaire,and Herth Hope Index(HHI)were compared between the two groups before surgery.Results The preoperative FoP-Q-SF scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).The preoperative fear questionnaire scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).The preoperative HHI scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with gynecological laparotomy,gynecological laparoscopic surgery is associated with relatively lower levels of fear and higher levels of hope in patients with uterine fibroids.
