Abstract
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of intervention treatment compliance in patients with primary liver cancer(PLC)and develop nursing strategies.Methods A total of 98 PLC patients who were received treatment in Anyang District Hospital in Puyang City from January 2019 to October 2023 were selected for analysis.The compliance with interventional treatment was statistically analyzed,and univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses were conducted to clarify the influencing factors of interventional treatment compliance.Results Among 98 PLC patients,there were 29 cases of non-compliance with treatment,with a non-compliance rate of 29.59%.In comparision of the compliant group,the proportion of age＞60 years old,education level of high school or below,personal monthly income≤4 000 yuan,lack of understanding of disease,tumor size≥5 cm,low social support status,negative coping strategies in the non compliant group were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age＞60 years old(OR=2.731),education level of high school and below(OR=3.022),personal monthly income≤4 000 yuan(OR=4.510),lack of understanding of disease(OR=6.074),tumor size≥5 cm(OR=2.943),low social support status(OR=5.284),and negative coping(OR=6.224)were independent risk factors affecting intervention treatment compliance in PLC patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The influencing factors of intervention treatment compliance in PLC patients include age,personal monthly income,educational level,tumor size,disease cognition level,social support,and coping strategies.Clinical nursing strategies need to be developed to promote treatment compliance improvement.关键词
